This is a comprehensive list of everything you might need or want to bring to camp. Obviously, if you are traveling by air, you may want to scale back. Or if you are traveling with friends, you may find that you can share some items (bug spray, for instance.) Towels and linens are not provided by the camp facility. Some campers purchase these items close to camp and donate them to a local charity after the event.


  • Soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc…

  • Sun screen

  • Insect repellent

  • Hair dryer

  • Ear plugs

  • Allergy medications, band-aids


  • Sleeping bag or bedding for twin size bunk

  • Pillow

  • Bath towels, hand towel, wash cloths

    • Note: Be prepared for nights in the 60's, sleeping bags should be rated for cold weather, heavy covers are suggested.

  • Attention out-of-town guests! We have a limited number of Princess Packs which provide the basic essentials for the dance princess: pillow, bunk bedding, towels, & bunk lighting. When registering on the Eventbrite link, be sure to claim yours, absolutely free. Please, be courteous; these are meant for our flight traveling princesses. Availability very limited; when they're gone, they're gone!




  • Bathing suit and water shoes

  • Athletic shoes

  • Pajamas (consider Pajama Party on Thursday)

  • Cool and casual clothing for everyday wear: shorts, t-shirts, etc…

  • Light jacket or shawl (for evening)


For Class:

  • Dance/exercise attire for 3 days of class

  • Dance slippers/shoes; something with arch support to keep your feet happy 

    • This is really important – floor surface is polished concrete.

  • Veil, silk and chiffon

  • Finger cymbals

  • Knee pads

  • Notebook and pen


For Performance:

  • All campers are encouraged to perform in this very supportive environment. Be as casual or as creative as you wish.

  • Costume & cover-up

  • Music – USB or CD only, six minute maximum, no other music on the CD

  • Camera – you may record your own performance 


Utility Items:

  • Flash light, extra batteries

  • Folding chair

  • Extension cord

  • Clothes pins

  • Hat

  • Camera


Food & Beverage:

  • Refillable bottle for water or bottled water

    • The water from the tap/hose tastes just fine. If you require bottled water, please bring your own.

  • Small cooler for personal items

    • Ice is available in the kitchen. BYOB alcohol is permitted but not provided. Coolers can be safely left on your cabin porch. Please, no food in the cabins.

For Fun/Optional:

  • Bunk decorations – be creative!

  • Craft supplies and scissors for customizing your camp t-shirt

  • Musical instruments

  • Shisha, anyone?
